"Come here if you want that FATTTT sandwich"
"These portions are huge and of course they have Dutch crunch rolls.
We opted to pick up and bring our sandwiches to the park to picnic. I got the steak and Cesar on Dutch crunch which was amazing. The steak wasn't overly salty and the garlic Cesar sauce was perfection. Yes it is a wet sandwich but all the flavors work. We also did a turkey sub which was solid but not as saucy as the steak.
Everyone felt full after half a sandwich and was able to take it home to enjoy another meal!"

"The best sandwich spot in the Bay Area."
"Little Lucca is hands down the best sandwich spot in the Bay Area. I got the turkey with spicy jack cheese, and it was straight-up amazing. It came loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and their famous pepper sauce and garlic spread - both are absolute game-changers. The flavors are unreal. I got mine on Dutch crunch, and it was perfect - crispy, soft, and held everything together. The sandwich was HUGE, like definitely enough for two meals. Prices are around $15-$20, which is fair because these sandwiches are legit massive. It can get super busy, so the wait can be long. Calling ahead makes it way easier find faster. This is definitely the best sandwich spot in the area"

"An absolute gem"
"My recent visit left me with nothing but praise for this culinary haven. In fact, I'm already dreaming about my next visit.
The food at Little Lucca is nothing short of spectacular. Each bite of their specialty sandwiches is a flavor explosion that leaves you craving for more. The quality of ingredients and the care put into crafting these sandwiches truly shine through. Whether you're a fan of classic or unique flavors, Little Lucca has something to satisfy every palate. I'm already plotting which sandwich I'll try next because, quite simply, the food here is to die for.
Now, let's talk about the service. It's not just good; it's insanely good. The staff at Little Lucca goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have an exceptional dining experience. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine passion for their food and customers make dining here an absolute pleasure.

"My FAVORITE sandwich place for as long as I can remember"
"Their sandwiches are delicious. In all the years I've gone there, I have NEVER been dissappointed. This little Shack can get quit busy, with a line that doubles inside and then Out the door. I have found it best to call my order on or go early when they first open. But I would and will wait in the line, because when you have the craving for one of their sandwiches, nothing else really will do.
They also sell their garlic spread and hot sauce so you can have it on hand at home in case you don't make it in time before they run out of bread for the day and have to close or close at scheduled times.
If you have lived here in ssf or in the area and haven't tried it, what are you waiting for?"
